1. Go to Jobs -> Dispatch,
  2. Double click on the job that you want to multi book.
  3. On the top panel select Multibook.

  4. Click on a day that you would like add the job to the schedule. If you want to add more than one day Shift+Click on the last day or drag the mouse to it and all the dates will be added automatically. The maximum period is up to a week.
  5. Confirm each required date is listed on the right hand grid.

  6. If you need to remove a date double click on the date to remove it from the list or click the X at the end of the line.

  7. Select Close to close the window and return to the job entry screen.
  8. You can then Save the job which will save all additional dates.
