Highlight the customer, you wish to work with by clicking on their name one time in the customer list or use the filter function to select the customer you wish to work with.

On the lower right hand side of the screen you will see the Customers’ phone and fax numbers and any contacts that are already in the system.

To add a new contact person;

Right click in the contact area  

Choose “Add A New Contact Person”

Enter in the contact’s name.

Select Save.


Now Right click the contact’s name from the list.


Select “Add a new contact entry”

 You can now add the contact’s phone number, mobile number, email address, etc.
