Before your clients can use the RSR application to order pumps you must classify your equipment sizes. 

 

Navigate to the Orange R menu in the top left and select equipment sizes.

This will open your equipment size list.  You will need to go one by one and double click each size type and map it to its appropriate classification.

Once you have classified all your equipment sizes you will need to invite your contractors to use the RSR application. 

From the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple) have them download “Rapid Service Request”

Navigate to Sales / Customer and select the contractor you wish to invite.  You will notice there is an area on the bottom left for your invites to the RSR Application.   To invite someone to the RSR application drag the contacts phone number from the contact area on the bottom right over to the request area.   This will send them an activation code to register them.

On the RSR app, enter the activation code

You will then be prompted to add a concrete pumping partner.   Please note if you work with multiple concrete pump suppliers you will need an activation code for each company.

Once you have added your Partner you can view their equipment sizes, request a pump, or add new jobsites. 

 

Adding a Jobsite 

Click on “My Sites” 

Your jobsites that you have added will show in the list.   For your first jobsite you can “Click here” to get started or select the “+” sign to add a new jobsite.

Enter in the information for your jobsite.

Once all your information is added, click Save at the top. 

 

Request a Pump 

 

Go to “Requests” at the bottom.   And click the “Plus sign” to add a new request for a pump.

Fill out each field, with your job’s pertinent information.

Continue filling out the information.  When completed.  Click “Save” at the top right.

Once you have Saved, Click “Send” to submit to your service provider.

Once your request has been submitted, you will see it under “Waiting List” under Requests.

All pending requests will show up under the Waitlist on the day of the pour.   To accept the job double click and open it up and change the status to “confirmed”.

Once your provider has accepted the job it will move to “Upcoming” under Requests.

On the day of your pour, the job will move to active, and you will get updated on the status of your pump (in route, washing out, etc). 

 

Once the job is fully complete it will move into “Finished”.
