Before your clients can use the RSR application to order pumps you must classify your equipment sizes.
Navigate to the Orange R menu in the top left and select equipment sizes.
This will open your equipment size list. You will need to go one by one and double click each size type and map it to its appropriate classification.
Once you have classified all your equipment sizes you will need to invite your contractors to use the RSR application.
From the Play Store (Android) or App Store (Apple) have them download “Rapid Service Request”
Navigate to Sales / Customer and select the contractor you wish to invite. You will notice there is an area on the bottom left for your invites to the RSR Application. To invite someone to the RSR application drag the contacts phone number from the contact area on the bottom right over to the request area. This will send them an activation code to register them.
On the RSR app, enter the activation code
You will then be prompted to add a concrete pumping partner. Please note if you work with multiple concrete pump suppliers you will need an activation code for each company.
Once you have added your Partner you can view their equipment sizes, request a pump, or add new jobsites.
