Export to Excel from all data grids
Overview
The user can export to xls file format every grid (table), which is presented in the application. Until now this functionality was not available everywhere.
Key Benefits
The user of the application can export every type of grid and then open the file in the Microsoft Excel or another application, which uses the .xls file format and can use all the available tools to create reports, calculations, etc.
Specifics
Open any panel with grid(table) in it (for example - Dispatch)
Right-click on a cell with information in it and select Export to Excel from the drop-down menu (in some cases this is the only option available).
Save the file
Use Microsoft Excel or other software to open/edit the file
Note
The exported xls file is not connected to Rapid ERP, therefore any changes made in Rapid ERP after the export will not take effect in the file and vice versa.
Configuration
The functionality comes with the newest version (2.2210) of the Rapid ERP application. No need for additional configuration.
Enter/edit GPS coordinates for a jobsite
Overview
The user can enter manually Longitude and Latitude of the jobsite in the Edit Jobsite Information panel. Until now these coordinates were automatically loaded when the address was chosen and could not be changed.
Key Benefits
If the jobsite doesn’t have an address and the system cannot generate automatically the Latitude and Longitude the user can enter manually the coordinates
The user can change the coordinates if the loaded ones are not correct
Specifics
Select or create a job and double click on it to open the Add/Edit Job Information panel
Navigate to Jobsite (Click for list) section OR click on Jobsite Information tab
Job Information tab Click on DRILL button and then PENCIL button to open Edit Jobsite Information panel
The user can enter manually the Latitude and Longitude OR can enter the address and these coordinates will be loaded automatically. Then the coordinates can be edited again.

User Changes History
Overview
The changes of the User Profile and the user’s Access Permissions can be tracked. The company administrator or anyone with specific permissions can enable this functionality from Company panel / My Company / General Defaults. The checkbox is called - “Track User Changes History”, which by default is OFF.
Key Benefits
Any changes made by the authorized users can be tracked and managed.
Specifics
Go to Company tab - My Company
Click on General Defaults panel and check “Track User Changes History” option
Click Save
Now every change, which made in User profile (Force New Password, Suspended, etc.) and Access Permissions will be tracked and displayed in the User Changes History and Access Permission History.
Clear User Changes History
To erase all past User Changes history, return to Company/My Company/General Defaults panel and uncheck the “Track User Changes History” option.
The application will ask you to confirm the erase operation.

Confirm Multiple Jobs at the Same Time
Overview
Set Job Status Confirmed and Set Job Status Confirmed w/ Dialog commands are available for more than one job.
Key Benefits
The user can set the job status in a bulk operation, without the need to right-click one by one on every job. This way the user saves time and effort.
Specifics
In the Job / Dispatch grid check every job that you want to set status
Right-click on one of the checked jobs and select Set Jobs Status - Set Status: Confirmed OR Set Status: Confirmed w/ Dialog
Note
If you do not see this column, click on Click here for view changes button (1) and check the first option (2).
If you do not see the Confirm Time column add it from Click here for view changes button.
