Over the weekend, a new version of Rapid On The GOwas published. While most of the functionalities remain the same, there is a major change in the interface: previously, Operators would enter times on one screen, and volumes and truck and engine mileage and hours on another. These two screens have been combined into one single screen, divided into sections, that is to be filled in as the job is progressing, in chronological order.

To avoid confusion, the fields beginning with Truck, Pump and Engine Hours, refer to the readings at either the start or at the end of the job, for example:

  • Pre-Job Information section
  1. Truck - Left Yard refers to the truck's odometer reading when leaving the yard

  • On Job Information section
  1. Pump - On Job refers to pump mileage before the start of the job
  2. Engine Hours - On Job refer to Engine hours before the start of the job

  • Post-Job Information section
  1. Pump - Left Job refers to the pump mileage at the end of the job
  2. Engine Hours - Left Job refers to Engine hours at the end of the job

  • Returning Information section
  1. Truck - Returned refers to the truck's odometer reading when it has returned to the yard
