Customize Main Title Bar
Overview
Users can enable/disable the visibility of Title bar buttons: Clock In, Reminder Alert, New Operator Message Alert, Customer Message Alert and Action Alert.

Specifics
- To enable/disable visibility of a button:
- Click on the Drill Icon, located in top left part of the screen.
- From the drop-down list navigate to Customize Title Bar.
- Check/Uncheck the buttons you want to see/hide.
Filter By Date and Time in Dispatch Multiple Day Reports
Overview
You can specify hours in these four types of reports - Multiple Day Schedule Detailed, Multiple Day Schedule Detailed: Filtered, Multiple Days Condensed and Multiple Days Condensed: Filtered.

- Go to Job -> Dispatch.
- Click on Report and select one of the reports.
- Select Custom from the Range drop-down list.

Job Ticket Hints
Overview
ERP administrators can allow users see tooltips while hovering over specific fields in the Job Invoice Information tab.
This way the Dispatchers can quickly understand, what the field is called in the Rapid On The GO! application and can coordinate the work faster.

Specifics
Enable the tooltips
- Go to Company ->My Company.
- Navigate to Display panel and enable "Show Help Tooltips".
- Open a job and navigate to the Invoice Information tab.
- Hover on the fields and the tooltips will be displayed.
Edit the Tooltips
ERP administrators can edit the tooltips which are showing in the Invoice Information.
- Go to Company -> My Company.
- Open the On The GO! Settings, scroll down to find the Job Ticket Settings and click on Advanced.
- In the Job Ticket Advanced Configuration window, change the names or the order. Whatever is typed in the Title column will be displayed in Rapid On The GO! and as a tooltip in the Invoice Information tab.
Note
If the changes do not appear immediately in the mobile application, they will within a few minutes. The Operator can update the mobile view manually by sliding down his/her finger on the Profile screen in the application.
"On Call" Operators
Overview
A user with the appropriate rights can set different "Out of Office" reasons for Operators. There are two pre-defined ones - "On Call" and "Vacation". The user can also define custom ones, which will be displayed in the list of out-of-office reasons.
Note
Similar functionality is already available for the equipment, and it is called "Take Equipment Out of Service".
If an Operator has the "Out of Office" status their tile is colored in one of these two colors based on the selected reason - Yellow when the Operator is out of the office, but he/she is available (for example "On Call", "Late", "In Traffic", etc.) and Red when the Operator is unavailable and cannot be called. The "On Call" reason is specifically defined for Operators who are not on a regular contract but are available if the Dispatcher needs additional workforce.

- In the Summary View the Dispatcher can see how many Operators are available for a given day.
- The Dispatcher can set/remove Out of Offices status of an Operator for a specific time period.
Specifics
Mark Operators "Out of Office" with an option to be on call
- Right-click on an Operator’s tile in the Jobs -> Dispatch window.
- Navigate to the "Mark Out of Office" option and select a reason - the "Add/Edit Employee Out of Office Dates" window is displayed.
- Select a reason from the Reason drop-down list, fill in Out Date and Back In Date.
- Check/Uncheck "Unavailable" option, which will be the default setting.
- Add comments if needed.
- Click Save.
- The Operator is colored in the appropriate color in the Job -> Dispatch panel.
Create and manage reasons for "Out of Office"
Dispatchers can create custom reasons for the "Out of Office" status.
- Go to Human Resources -> Employee panel.
- Click on the Tools button and select Out Of Office Reason List.
- In the displayed window you can Add New, Edit or Delete reasons for "Out of office".
- Double-click on a reason to edit it or select it and click the Edit button.
- Check/Uncheck "Unavailable" and the "Inactive" options. This will be the default setting, you can change it specifically for an Operator.
Note
The "Inactive" option enables/disables the visibility of the reason in the drop-down menu.
If you change the "Unavailable" option and click Save, the System will ask you if you want to change it for all the employees with this "Out of Office" reason. - Click Save.
Monthly Summary View
Dispatchers can see Available, Unavailable and On Call Operators for a chosen month.
This can be seen in Jobs -> Summary View.
Select Month from the View By drop-down menu.

On The GO! Job Ticket and Time Sheet Advanced Configuration
Overview
Dispatchers can enable/disable the information fields, which the Operators can see in Rapid On The GO! application and more precisely in the Ticket and the Time Sheet tabs of a job.
The visibility changes are made in Rapid ERP and in addition, the dispatchers can change the names and re-order the fields.
Specifics
Job Ticket fields availability
- Go to Company -> My Company.
- Open the On The GO! Settings, scroll down to find the Job Ticket Settings and click on Advanced.
- In the Job Ticket Advanced Configuration window, you can change several things.
- Re-order the fields by clicking on the up/down arrows in front of the fields.
- Change the names of the fields - just click once on the field name and type.
- Set the field as required or not.
- Enable/Disable the field.
- Show/Hide the field.
Note
A disabled field will not be used/updated by the application in contrast to a hidden field, which is just not visible, but it is still used in the application.
Time Sheet fields availability
You can also change the fields availability of the Time Sheet tab in the mobile application.
- Go to Company -> My Company.
- Open the On The GO! Settings, scroll down to find the Other Settings and click on Advanced.
- The same changes can be made as in the Job Ticket settings.

Operator Time Sheets
Overview
Times in the time sheet can be changed for every Operator assigned to the job ticket. Until now the timesheets were the same for all assigned Operators and could not be changed individually.
Key Benefits
- When there are multiple Operators assigned to a job, each one of them can have individual timesheet, different from the one set in the Job Ticket.
- Working/travelling hours are more accurate, therefore the invoice reflects the actual work carried out.
Specifics
- Open a Job ticket.
- Go to the Invoice Information tab.
- Double-click on an Operator.
- Change the desired times.
- Click Close and then Save the changes.

User Access Templates
Overview
Access Preferences from one user can be copied to another user as a Template. This template can be named based on a role and then used for other users.
Key Benefits
- The Dispatcher can create many Access Permissions templates based on roles and assign them quickly to new or existing users.
Specifics
Create a User Access Template
There are no default templates created, therefore the Dispatcher has to create them first.
- Go to Company -> Users.
- Select a user, who has Access Permissions similar to ones you want to set in the Template.
- Right-click somewhere on the Access Permissions panel (not on the user in the Users Oveview list) and select Save As Template.
- In the Access Template window type a name for a new template or select one from the drop-down menu to edit it.
- Select/deselect permissions.
Note
Use some of the build-in functionalities for faster selection/deselections by right-clicking on the permissions.
- Click Save.
Assign a template to a user
- Select a user.
- Right-click somewhere on his/her Access Permissions panel and from the Assign Access select a template from the created ones.
Note
Changes in the template will NOT take effect on users, who has already used the template for their permissions.
