Access the Assets - Gallery section, which facilitates the viewing, uploading, and management of all files uploaded to Rapid ERP, whether through the ERP system or the mobile application, Rapid On The GO!. These files can be attached to various entities such as jobs, job tickets, jobsites, employees, equipment units, customers, permits, and more. The Gallery also allows for the upload of company-specific files, which are exclusively visible in this location. Additionally, you can administer access permissions for the uploaded files from this interface.


  1. Go to Assets -> Gallery.
    • All files uploaded by Rapid ERP or via Rapid On The GO! are presented.
    • You can see their type, thumbnails, name, file type, who has uploaded them, who has access, etc.
    • You can also upload, edit, delete or export the file list to an excel file.
  2. The Type column shows to which type of item this file is attached.
  3. Click on the Show button in the toolbar to filter only the types you want to see.

Change the access permission of a file

  1. Double-click on a file.
  2. In the Edit Upload File window you can change the name, title, description and the user's access.

  3. Check or uncheck the permissions you want to add/remove for a specific group of users.
  4. Click Save to apply the changes.


If you right-click on the Read, Edit or Delete column a small window appears in which you can choose to Select All/Deselect All checks.

Gallery in Rapid On The GO!

All uploaded files can be seen from the mobile application.

  1. Open Rapid On The GO!.
  2. Tap on Profile and then on Gallery.

  3. All files, which you have permission to see are shown. You can view and download them.


Files can be uploaded from the smartphone

  1. Open Rapid On The GO! mobile application.
  2. Open the job to which you wish to attach an image.
  3. Tap on the button called Capture located in the upper-right corner.

  4. Take the photo.
  5. Tap OK.
  6. If you have already taken the photo, tap on the Gallery button and select Attach. Then select an image from your device gallery.
  7. The photo will be uploaded with all its metadata, which can be seen from Rapid ERP.
